What you’ll need
½ head cabbage, chopped
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
3 Roma tomatoes
¼ cup pine nuts or sliced raw unsalted almonds
¼ tsp fresh thyme
½ tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
