Crock Pot Cabbage

• Cook time: 1 hour 30 minutes

What you’ll need

½ head cabbage, chopped

2 cups low-sodium chicken stock

3 Roma tomatoes

¼ cup pine nuts or sliced raw unsalted almonds

¼ tsp fresh thyme

½ tsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Simple Prep

Combine all ingredients together in a crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour and 30 minutes

As pictured, you can also serve this steamed cabbage with the Mustard Crusted Turkey Breast.
This is a great tasting easy recipe for a cold fall or winter day.
