What you’ll need
1 Tbsp evaporated cane juice
2 mangos, peeled and diced
¼ cup chardonnay or dry white wine
1/3 cup v8 fusion mango peach juice (100% juice)
Simple Prep
1. In a medium sauce pot, over medium high heat, caramelize the evaporated cane juice (be careful not to burn it)
2. Stir in diced mango and then the white wine
3. Simmer and reduce for 1 minute
4. Add v8 fusion juice, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 2-4 minutes until mango becomes very soft
5. Transfer to a blender and puree very well

I love this sauce!
This sauce is very versatile. It can be used to compliment brownies, frozen yogurt, blended with plain yogurt to make a smoothie, or drizzled over fruit.
