Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
I have been posting about this for a while now, but just in case you didn’t know
Every week I do a Facebook Live, on Fridays at 6:30pm UK time.
This is where I cook a meal in less than 30 minutes from start to finish.
Not like some of the ‘TV Chefs’, who can use the magic of editing to make it look like 30 minutes
No, I do it all ‘live’, with the camera never leaving me!
This week, I decided to put two Italian-inspired dishes against each other, and the winner was: –

Enjoyed watching. I began making this few weeks ago, then spotted half dozen plum tomatoes on counter- chopped them to add them remembered I had frozen shrimp- added several. Boy was it delish! I ate myself silly!
but at what point does it stop being “Aglio e Olio” (Garlic & Oil) and becomes something else?
Next time add a couple of anchovies! It will still under 30 ‘ but with a twist!
